Meet Dr. Beckenstein
Founder, T3 Hair Preservation
Michael S. Beckenstein, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a board-certified general surgeon. He completed fellowships and residencies around the country and has extensive experience in reconstructive and plastic surgery in Birmingham. In 2009, Dr. Beckenstein revolutionized hair replacement in Alabama by introducing the cutting edge NeoGraft® technology. As the first hair restoration specialist in Alabama to obtain the NeoGraft device, he established a practice utilizing this technology. With Dr. Beckenstein’s leadership and expertise, T3 Hair Preservation (formerly known as Birmingham NeoGraft) continues to be the most experienced practice in Neograft procedures in Alabama.
Known for providing innovative solutions, Dr. Beckenstein continues to be at the forefront of the hair preservation and restoration field by adding new techniques, technology, and diagnostic services, including:

He currently is working on several projects. Dr. Beckenstein is developing several surgical instruments and holds a U.S. patent on a device.
